Nice. While these hanging-in-background gvim processes are doing god-knows-what I can't launch gnome-terminal either.
I had to switch to a console to do a killall gvim before the two gnome-terminal instances hanging on launch in read of ICE-unix would respond.
Kinda puzzled just what libICE does that would require this behaviour.
