@ombako Before I switched to Linux Ubuntu, I had used Windows where I chose an option to the case when my battery is charged up to 80% to maximize LIFETIME of the battery like it is described here: http://forums.lenovo.com/t5/IdeaPad-Y-and-U-series-Laptops/Z560-Battery-80-available-plugged-in-not-charging-Energy/ta-p/309028 I did it in Lenovo Energy Management. Have you done the same? It might be a source of the problem :)
