This is test package for i386. If any of reporters can test it and try to reproduce the bug it would be great.

I would suggest that you do the following to get all logs:

  killall gnome-power-manager
  gnome-power-manager --no-daemon --verbose 2>&1 | tee gpm.log

If problem is fixed, please confirm - if not please attached gpm.log for further inspection.
