Sorry i don't explain well.
Here in Launchpad below there's a green circle (with + inside) with the message 'Add attachment or patch', just click on it and will open the browser and you have to select var log syslog click open and click post Comment.
Same operations for /var/log/dmesg and /var/log/kern.log
