Comment 25 for bug 33072

I have the panel icon set to display "only when critical". After charging it for the whole day, I pulled the plug to take the laptop to another room. It was charged 100% and while g-p-m decided to suspend the machine, it showed the g-p-m icon. It clearly seems to assume my battery power to be in a critical state.
