Sorry for the delay with this. You are experiencing multiple issues with your hotkeys (I think).

The eject key is most likely related to bug 299194. There is a fix in intrepid-proposed for this. It would be great if you could test this.

The battery key is probably related to bug 281134, which is now fixed in Jaunty.

I think the hibernate key is a bug in gnome-power-manager, because it does not grab XF86Standby, so I'll re-assign to gnome-power-manager for that.
