Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Running Intrepid with GM-PM-2.24.0

The battery icon in gnome-panel is always shown in discharge mode. It doesn't change on plugging/unplugging power cord. The only way to confirm it is charging or discharging is to left click on it. The icon in pop-up menu changes correctly.

I am seeing this as well, but it's only started in the last few days.

Can someone give me a GPM debug log on this issue please? It'd be nice to know whether GPM thinks it is updating the icon or if it's entirely ignoring the event.

Well apparently this issue has been solved with recent update. AFAIK it showed up when the previous update broke GPM . It was corrected afterwards.

Chris Jones - Can you also confirm that this is resolved? If so, I'll close this bug report.
