Gnome-panel is not customizable when using compiz

Bug Description

While using GNOME Classic session, it is not possible to use ALT + Right Click to modify GNOME Panel when using compiz as the window manager. However, it works ok when using metacity.

Try using Alt and the Windows key when right-clicking.
