Binary package hint: gnome-panel

This is a duplicate of Bug #549845. However, that bug needed further information from a fully up to date system and asked that a new bug be opened. Hence, why I am opening a new bug.

The applet crashed on first login after a reboot. I logged out and back in with the applet starting fine.
