Comment 1 for bug 337583

To avoid confusion, I attached two images showing the differences between 8.10 and 9.04 beta 5. Please note the missing 12/24 time format. In the future, I would like not only to see the option back but -this time and for all- working out of the box for the Spanish version with no need to edit or tweak files.
