Bug Description

Say I go to "Panel --> Properties --> Background" and choose a "solid color" there. Then the window list in Gnome 2.24 has no separators, i.e. the different task are not separated by a vertical line (as they are if I use the "system theme" instead of "solid color").

Note that this is only the case for non-active windows, the active window has a separator.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue for you. Can you try with the latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

I juste look on my pc and I have seen that i have the same issue on ubuntu intrepid Ibex .It 's the same thing with or without compiz .

This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. You can learn more about finding the right package at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage . I have classified this bug as a bug in gnome-panel.

OK, thanks. Yeah, sorry. Of course it should be gnome-panel.

Well, there is a separator in the color you chosed, but the tasks do not have a border that gives the effect of a button.
