This seems to happen not only here, but also in gnome-control-center, where a
GnomeCanvas is also used inside a GtkScrolledWindow.

I've tried a few things, but I'm afraid I don't know how to fix this bug...

All right, the previous bug fix needed a little refinement (oops). The step
value is now set to match the middle button "roll" step.

     - fixed with the new version.
   * debian/patches/08_tray_icons.patch:
     - updated.
   * debian/patches/11_panel_addto_dialog.patch:
     - make the scrolling bar work, fix the entry of the app pane,
       update by Emmanuel Cornet (Ubuntu: #15894).
   * debian/watch:
     - updated.

Wouldn't this bugfix be eligible for a post-release breezy patch ? It's not a
crasher, but this bug might seem really weird for most newbies ?
