Bug Description
When the dialogue box pops up to add an applet to the GNOME panel,
the scroll arrows at the top and bottom do not function. "Large"
scrolling works by clicking in the scroll bar region; however, the
incremental arrow buttons on the top and bottom have no effect on
moving up and down in the dialogue box. This effects Breezy Badger
with all updates as of 3 Oct.
