What happens: creates a window that I cannot reach, thus close, modify or anything else.
What would I expect: the disappearance of the "Move to Another Workspace" menu item, when the window is on an "Always on Visible Workspace" state. Like the disappearence of the "Move to Workspace Left" and "Move to Workspace Right" menu items.
