After activating the orca screenreader with alt-super-s keys the speach output initiates.
But the orca desktop key, i. e. insert, combined with a command, e. g. space, is not working.
Expected result: orca settings window opens.
Actual result: nothing happens.
I checked the received keycodes: both keys are responding correctly.
