All you have to do is launch gnome-nettool either from the command line or from the GNOME menu.
The window comes up w/all its tabs. Then it segfaults.
This bug seems to be related to, but is not the same as bug 326184 - that bug segfaults w/certain arguments. This is a bug that effects the default install of Dapper Drake (beta) on my machine.
I'm including a backtrace, if I can figure how (this is my first bug reported w/ launchpad)
