New upstream release should fix two reported bugs on LP:
  - Fix SIGSEGV crash when playing song from storage mounted by sshfs (bug #232396)
  - Fix problem with 'Save As..' where filename started with a / (bug #236887)

Changes to the packaging:
  - Remove debian/patches/fix_{drop_callback,mntent_compat_headers}, because they are implemented upstream.
  - Document new command-line option -q, --quit_on_complete, and old --disable{framedrop,ass,embeddedfonts} in man page
