Please be aware that the gstreomer profile setting here is a factor of 10 less than the values you would enter to oggenc (e.g. "-q 5" on oggenc is the same thing as "0.5" on the gstreamer pipeline).
Note that quality 5 (0.5 in gstreamer pipeline) is often considered the point at which vorbis becomes "transparent" to CD audio...
In same cases quality 6 is useful (0.6 in gstreamer pipeline) turns off lossy stereo coupling...
In my opinion the "0.5" is more than adequate for most people's purposes... but thats' only my opinion ;-).
