      - added Launchpad integration

      - added liblaunchpad-integration-dev to Build-Depends field
    - debian/patches/00-fix-manpage.patch:
      - Added to fix special character (and lintian warning)
    - debian/control.in:
      - Added Maintainer to Desktop Team
