Please sync gnome-doc-utils 0.16.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The only delta was the packaging of new upstream releases. Now that debian
has the latest upstream release, a sync can be made.

Changelog since current karmic version 0.16.1-0ubuntu1:

gnome-doc-utils (0.16.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * debian/control.in:
    + Update Standards-Version to 3.8.1.
