Comment 2 for bug 411166

I believe this was intentional to have things left-aligned. It just (coincidentally) looks centered at shorter widths due to the padding on the left. I personally wouldn't want it centered as then the icon and text can wind up very far from each other. That's just personal preference though. :-)
