black background in lubuntu on all gtk-applications

running lubuntu precise
disk utility has a black background very bad bug.

to reproduce
1. get lubuntu precise
2. run disk utility

also you need to
1. close disk-utility
2. change widget style to mist or lxdesign or industrial or raleigh or redmond
3. open disk-utility

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Also happens with Ubuntu running Unity when not using light-themes.
In addition there'll be black background flash when switching between directories in Nautilus.
dconf-editor org.gnome.nautilus click on preferences changes subframe to black background.
