1. Go to "System Settings" > "Appearance".
2. Change the theme.
What happens:
* The interface, monochrome icons, and menu bar change color.
* Window title bars don't change color.

The problem remains if you log out and log in again, suggesting that it is a problem with gnome-control-center rather than with Compiz. |
