Comment 45 for bug 742544

Adding a option to the 'Displays' panel in System Settings to select which monitor should display the launcher was on the todo list for Oneiric but didn't make it in because of lack of time. This option should be added in Pangolin. Leaving bug as confirmed in ayatana-design as this change is dealt with in a separate spec.
