Bug Description

The Ubuntu Desktop Team would like to add a button to the "Printers" part of the Settings app (gnome-control-center) named "Additional Printer Settings" that will open system-config-printer. system-config-printer has been part of the Ubuntu default install for years.

The GNOME integrated Printer Settings is nice but it still misses a few settings that were easily configurable in Ubuntu 17.04. The most prominent missing settings is Printer Sharing. See GNOME upstream bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/692532

Hopefully, we can drop the button before 18.04 LTS is released.

Other Info
At the same time, we'll replace one string in Ubuntu Dock settings from "Screen Placement" to "Placement on Screen". (LP: #1715869)

This won't be reflected in the desktop guide until 18.04, so no problem from a docs/translation POV.
