Bug Description

Test Case
1. Open Gnome Settings - Bluetooth.
2. Now use the system tray icon to switch Bluetooth off.

Actual Result
The BT is switched off however the on/off toggle on the Bluetooth Settings window is not updated.

Expected Result
The BT toggle in control center should be off.
