Bluetooth switch in system settings does not in-sync with BT indicator menu

Bug Description
This will only happen when the Bluetooth setting window in System Settings was opened.
Steps:
1. Open System Settings, click on the Bluetooth applet
2. Turn BT off from indicator menu.
From the Bluetooth setting, you will see the BT was disabled, but the switch still shows "On"
