Bug Description

if you want to install xine extra plugins by using add/remove dialog you get a error message that xine extra plugins cannot be installed on i386.

It looks like this happens for x64 as well - what architectures CAN the Xine extra plugins be installed for?

the depending package needs to be recompiled and its dependencies adjusted. this has been fixed in a later release.
