[Gutsy-AMD64] Xine extra plugins is not available but should be

The Xine plugins will not install on a newly-installed AMD64 system - but an AMD64 system upgraded from Feisty still has them installed, and they work fine.

The error message is that the package cannot be installed on my architecture. Given this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/151840

I think that the architecture support in the package listing is wrong and that it should allow the install of this package.
