I confirm that all electron apps (build with electron version < 14) does not open devTools. So, for some applications this is critical (for example it is one of main function of react-native-debugger).

Confirm that libc6 patch from https://launchpad.net/~mwhudson/+archive/ubuntu/devirt fixes the problem.
