Comment 2 for bug 175605

I'm fairly sure that this is the once-per-process allocation for the purpose of parsing nsswitch.conf, and thus only matters at all in that it produces valgrind noise. I'm not even sure that this should be considered a bug, except perhaps in that valgrind should ignore it.
