I running stable release. So, the steps are:

Step 1: cd /var/crash && sudo rm * ; sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get -y dist-upgrade && sudo service apport start force_start=1

Step 2: sudo ubuntu-bug /var/crash/_my_crash_report.crash

The two steps or one step 2.
That is what makes the step 1?
