Bug Description

In libc6 (2.5-0ubuntu14) (Feisty), the manpage says for option LD_DEBUG_OUTPUT that the default value is standard output, when in fact it is standard error..

Confirmed under gutsy with libc6 2.6.1-1ubuntu10.

Note that the output is sent to standard output for LD_DEBUG=help, but to standard error for all other values.
