install "dex" , then @ $HOME/.local/share/applications create
a file "userapp-dex.desktop" as:

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Version=1.0
Type=Application
NoDisplay=true
Exec=/usr/bin/dex %u
Name=Dex
Comment=Dex-opener

"asssociate" a .desktop file with that
