I agree with Rocko ("these should be the default mount options") and Mat ("ONLY WARN the user of security risks thrashing on NTFS, but NON avoid it.").
Even if this solves the issue only for the first account created (I didn't check for other accounts), I think it's much BETTER than the current situation!
