Even though glare itself seems to be clean, the python-glareclient's binary package, python3-glareclient, seems to have a reverse dependency in mistral:
Removal of python-glareclient would make python3-mistral uninstallable. The mistral package just recently got a new version uploaded for eoan, so it doesn't seem to be a dead package (not warranting removal). Before proceeding with the removal, we'd have to check if this dependency is required and if not, if it can be removed.
