Im running fiesty 64 bit having exact same problems as every other user. Either gksudo or sudo both give me problems

--Same with me.
I am now using KDESU, no errors.
I am using the command with adept manager to get root permissions.

I suspect that in Feisty when running graphical applications you should use kdesu.

using gksudo gave a crash! needed a hard boot.
