gksudo should support --desktop option

Bug Description

It would be nice if gksudo supported a --desktop option allowing it to simply
point to and launch a .desktop file as root. It could automatically pick up the
name and other information for the authentication dialog from this.

This bug was filed along with bug #16966 and bug #16967 which are both related to
the same problem.

This is implemented at the gksu upstream SVN through a --desktop option switch.
It works fine for me.
