libpoppler-glib4 is only present in Lucid, suggesting that something may be wrong with your software sources. Please run
ls -l /etc/apt/sources.list.d
and post the output. Please also run the command
apt-get -s install libpoppler-glib4
and post the output. That won't actually try to install anything (and the absence of "sudo" is intentional), but it will simulate an attempt to install the package, which may reveal precisely why it cannot be installed. (On a normal Natty system, the reason is that it is not provided by any of the Natty software sources--I expect that to be the reason, but I think it's worth checking.)
In the same comment as all that information, please also go ahead and attach the file /etc/apt/sources.list.
