Bug Description
After upgrade from 16.04 to 18.04 and doing an 'apt dist-upgrade', cups fails to print with the status "Filter Failed".
On a 16.04 system printing is OK.
Printer: Network HP-Officejet-
No changes were made other than the do-release-upgrade and 'apt dist-upgrade'.
