It's indeed the boot menu from cd. (yesterdays builts) Pressing the F3
function key to select the keyboard layout, gives a terrible screen on
which selection of the Belgian keyboard layout is impossible.
It is possible to select another layout, but the blurred screen remains
so you also cannot see anything from the boot menu anymore.
I downloaded XUbuntu desktop, Ubuntu desktop and Ubuntu alternate and
they all had it.
