Bug Description
Due to a major re-structuring of the PostgreSQL database installation format, the Gforge installation fails critically.
The old PostgreSQL folder used to be;
/etc/postgresql
now it is;
/etc/postgresql
These new PostgreSQL paths are not updated in the Dapper Gforge package.
