Update of installation scripts to new postgresql format.

Bug Description

The "gforge-db-postgresql" module tries to reference the old postgresql paths.
This needs to be updated to refer to the new path scheme.
The new path scheme uses version numbers in all paths. For example:
/etc/postgres

is now

/etc/postgres/7.4/main

All the paths are affected and this causes major install problems.

An easy to install "gforge" would greatly help the cause of Ubuntu because more managed software repositories could be created easily.
