Version 4.2 of getfem++ has been released (the current version in Ubuntu is 4.1). A brief description of the changes is available at http://download.gna.org/getfem/html/homepage/whatsnew/4.2.html . Updating from 4.1 to 4.2 on my system has fixed several bugs that I have encountered.
