In trying to identify the source of the problem we will need people to temporarily remove haveged.
Next, please reproduce the issue and just leave the machine running. Do the graphics eventually come up after a few minutes of waiting? Please also repeat the test but wiggle the mouse/touchpad while waiting - does that make it come up sooner?
