Comment 2 for bug 1772751

I can run the ubuntu-bug program but it indicates that I am to fill out a form in my web browser. The problem is that I can't get a graphical interface even at the console so I cannot complete the form. I did run ubuntu-bug. The following is what I see when I choose the view report option.
