[gutsy] Configure GDM login use circles/asteriks not working

Bug Description
this is a bug in gksu /usr/sbin/gdmsetup
version: GDM 2.19.6
In the login window preferences window I can choose on the general tab to 'use circles instead of asteriks in the password entry'.
By default the box is unchecked but I still get circles. It doesn't matter to check/uncheck the box, at the login screen you will always get circles.
