Definitely not in my case. When I logout from
KDE, /usr/libexec/gam_server does not exit (I watched it for 10
minutes before killing it). I have verified from a root shell that
the user has no more processes on the machine
(except /usr/libexec/gam_server).
PS: Haven't reproduced the high-CPU usage yet with 0.0.19
