Comment 0 for bug 1713311

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 17.10
2. Install zenmap and menu package (see bug 1713274)
3. Try to launch zenmap from shortcut "Zenmap (as root)" (located in /usr/share/applications/zenmap-root.desktop)

4. Get error window:
Failed to run zenmap as user root.
Unable to copy the user's Xauthorization file.

Expected results:
* nmap may be run as root

Actual results:
* unable to run zenmap as root
