Software & Updates keeps notifying me there is a new update available related to Thunderbolt NVM for Xps notebook 9360, from version 00.00 to version 21.00. See the attached screenshot.

The updated is successfully installed via the interface or CLI, but after that the notification is displayed again.

Here is the CLI install log:
